Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the BOŞVER / Nevermind iOS app (“the App”) handles information. We built the App to work without a backend server. Your swipe history, favorites, settings, and progress stay on your device.
Summary
- No account required
- No analytics or advertising SDKs
- No sale of personal data
- Card content is bundled in the app (not personalized from our servers)
Data stored on your device
The App may store locally:
- Preferences (language follows system, intensity mode, categories, themes)
- Swipe / dismiss counts, daily goals, badges, favorites
- Onboarding and notification settings
- Widget data shared via Apple App Groups between the app and its widget extension
This data is not transmitted to Godgive. Uninstalling the App removes local data from your device.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send push messages from our own servers.
Subscriptions (BOŞVER Pro / Nevermind Pro)
Pro features are billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes payment and subscription status. We receive only what Apple provides to verify entitlements (e.g. active subscription). We do not receive your card number.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Third parties
- Apple — App Store, StoreKit, device OS services
- No third-party analytics, crash reporting, or ad networks are integrated at this time
Children
The App is rated 17+ and contains strong language. It is not directed at children under 13.
International users
Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, cross-border data transfers by Godgive do not apply. Apple may process data according to its own policies.
Your rights
You can delete local data by removing the App. For subscription or purchase questions, contact Apple Support. For app support, see Support.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
